Sensational Home Staging specializes in working with Seniors.
Seniors decide to move for many reasons. They could be downsizing, they may be moving to an assisted living facility, they may be moving in with family. One thing they may have in common is that since they are older than other Sellers, the physical part of Staging their house may not happen.
With traditional Staging, a Staging Report is prepared detailing what needs to be done in the house to prepare it for Sale, and some hands-on Staging support is also provided. With Seniors, since the physical part of packing and moving things may not be possible, what I provide for my Senior clients is Hands-on Staging services - where in a set amount of time I address the key rooms of the house with hands-on Staging.
This may include moving things to another area of the house, it may include putting some things out in storage, or it may include helping them decide what to keep and what to give up for moving.
Senior Transition:
Wherever the Seller is moving - whether to another house, a smaller house, a senior apartment or an assisted living facility, Sensational Home Staging can help them with a plan for moving in - with placement of furniture, color, and accessorizing. Using what they have or resourcing new things are both options with Sensational Home Staging.
If you are a Realtor that has clients that are Seniors, know that part of my business practices includes HONORING the client and their possessions. Whatever the client has - whether dated or a lot of things - I understand these are their precious things. Staging includes reducing the amount of things in a house, and yet the goal is to do it in such a way that the client is not upset during the process.

We require a non-refundable deposit for shopping services that is applied to the overall fees.
