We follow a proven process in our Staging® Projects and honor our clients in all we do.
NEWLY CONSTRUCTED or REMODELED HOUSES: We will come out and take photos of your newly constructed or remodeled house even if it is not totally completed, so that we can prepare a proposal for Staging Services and once the terms are agreed upon, will coordinate and complete the installation of the Home Staging items.
The Staging of your vacant house is far less than a complete model home design, and just as effective for buyers to feel the warmth and enjoyment of the house. Based on your budget for this service, we can work with you to prepare the house for sale - and can Stage only the primary rooms or the complete house. It's up to you.
CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL ADVICE: We often advise our clients on materials to use for the construction of the house - from tile to granite, fixtures, carpet type and colors, and even paint colors. This service is fee-based.
One thing you can be assured of: "Buyers only know what they see, not what it's going to be." It has been demonstrated that a home that is professionally Staged® and Priced right sells faster and often at a higher price than those homes that have not benefited from Staging® . Staging® is worth the investment because it is always less than a price reduction.

It is our professional policy to be paid at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made with your company. We have established W9 status with builders and invoice for completed work. For clients that may need more than the average Staging work completed, we accept all major credit cards.

We can stage a newly constructed home at a fraction of the cost of a fully designed model - while adding the warmth and appeal necessary for buyers to fall in love with a house and want to make it their home.
BUYER STAGING ASSISTANCE:
We can also assist your buyers in the sale of their house - so they can purchase your newly constructed home. If they are not able to get someone to buy their house, they will not be able to make the move, so let us help them get their existing house Staged for sale.
INVENTORY HOME STAGING:
If you have inventory homes in a community that need to look better to buyers, we can help! We can even use your things if you model home inventory - and set it up in the inventory house or houses. We have a very large inventory of household items including furniture and decor to Stage these houses should you not have your own model home inventory. We can supplement with our things, or use just what you have - we are flexible.
EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS:
We have provided quality seminars for Buyers of new construction homes that need to SELL their existing homes in order to qualify for a purchase. These seminar frequently occur in vacant inventory homes that Builders would like to feature, and We Stage Sacramento works with a reasonable budget and quick timeframe to Stage these inventory homes for sale. This has proven to be an effective way to share the importance of Staging with Sellers, feature a home for sale and help these Sellers understand how Staging is different than a decorated model home, and helps the Builder increase buyer activity. Working in partnership with the Builder - the Staging fee is offered to the Buyer by the Builder in lieu of yet another incentive on the new home - which helps the Buyer sell their existing house and move into the new home community.

This vacant newly constructed inventory home was empty and unappealing. By adding some nice furnishings and Staging decor we helped to create buyer appeal and this house sold. Unlike model homes where paint and wall paper to create theme rooms is done, Staging is more broadly appealing, and much less expensive. The focus remains on the floor plan and not "things" in the house.
